5.4 Odds and markets are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
5.5 In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, 5pk365's server logs shall be the definitive record of bet details. User-held screenshots or records are not accepted as evidence in dispute resolution.
6.1 5pk365 may offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to users at its discretion. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside the offer.
6.2 Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to completion of wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
6.3 5pk365 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for personal entertainment and may not be used commercially.
6.4 Only one account per person is eligible for any promotional offer. Attempting to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture and account closure.

7.1 Breach of this clause entitles 5pk365 to immediately terminate your account, forfeit your balance, and where applicable, report the conduct to relevant authorities.
8.1 All content on the 5pk365 Platform – including but not limited to software, game logic, visual design, trademarks, logos, text, and graphical elements – is the intellectual property of 5pk365 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.1 5pk365 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
9.2 5pk365 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to connectivity failure, technical error, or incorrect bet placement.
9.3 5pk365's aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to liability.
10.1 5pk365 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing.
10.2 KYC documentation, including CNIC copies and selfie photographs, is retained for the duration required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations and then securely deleted.
